Everyone, please go check out her blog:
I believe kindness can be something as simple as a smile. You never know when you could brighten someone’s day just by smiling at them. Something that doesn’t seem like a big deal to many, could mean the world to someone. Simple gestures can make someone feel like they are worth something. I know everyone is busy, but I feel it’s important to slow down and help someone out. It can be doing someone a favor, like helping them with a chore; or it can be just listening to them. Make them feel like they are worth your time.
I have seen a lot of kindness here in the book world on social media. People sharing and liking others’ posts and blogging about and reviewing books are major acts of kindness that mean more than you can imagine to the people that wrote them.
I’m not sure how many I’m supposed to nominate, so I’ll go for three. The reason I choose these three are because of their kindness to me. Not that these are the only three that have been nice to me, but I can’t list as many as I feel like I should. Thank you all for your kindness. And always pay it forward. 🙂
I nominate:
What a wonderful and full of kindness post.
