Wow! My thoughts are all over the place. I’ve read one other book by Colleen Hoover. “It Ends With Us” was an emotional read that I enjoyed. This probably wasn’t the best book to read right before I went to sleep. Once I started reading, I couldn’t stop. It’s all I could think about.
Author Lowen Ashleigh is on her way to a meeting when she witnesses a deadly car accident. A man asks her if she’s hurt. Lowen realizes he’s asking because evidence of the accident is all over her shirt. The impact of what she just witnessed hits her and she starts to feel light-headed. The man, Jeremy helps her clean up. He asks if she’ll be okay as he needs to get to a meeting. Lowen reassures him that she will be fine and they part ways.
